Westhaven Cows' Fetta Cheese - Traditional, hand made cheese
stored and cured in brine. The cheese can be described as having a firm
somewhat crumbly and salty texture.
Westhaven Cows' Milk Marinated Fetta - Hand made to a
traditional Greek style recipe and marinated in canola oil, sun-dried
tomatoes and Italian herbs.
Westhaven Cows' Milk Yoghurt - A boutique yoghourt. At
Westhaven, we pride ourselves in producing fresh and quality yoghourts
made shortly after milking. A traditional style natural yoghourt flavoured
with real fruit and no added sugar. The texture is smooth and creamy.
Westhaven's yoghourts have less than 3.5% butterfat. Flavours include
natural, apricot, boysenberry, strawberry, mango and berry temptation.

Westhaven Marinated Yoghurt Cheese (Lebna) - Lorraine Mance has
blended the traditions of a Middle Eastern style cheese with exciting
new ingredients for the latest product in the Westhaven Dairy range. This
yoghurt based cheese is hand rolled and then marinated in either an Italian
herb recipe mix or in Westhaven's own specialty tandoori and garlic mix
with sun dried tomatoes. This exciting new product will also be available
for Christmas.
Westhaven Goats' Milk Cheddar - Westhaven Dairy is developing
a smooth, fine textured and firm goat’s milk cheddar. This new cheese
combines the unique flavours of goat’s milk cheeses in a traditional
cheddar style cheese. Available for Christmas.
Westhaven Goats' Chevre (French for goat) - A premium French
style cheese. Traditional, hand made cheese from pure goats' milk. The
cheese can be described as fresh, unripened and creamy with a fine texture.
Distinct, slightly acidic and very mild flavour appealing to discerning
cheese connoisseurs. We produce natural and flavoured chevre cheese. Flavourings
include grapevine ash, Tasmanian pepper berry, Tasmanian devil mix and
sun dried tomato and basil.
Westhaven Goats' Marinated Chevre - Westhaven chevre
is available in a 50g round cheese, marinated in canola oil and Italian
herbs. 22(or as required) per bucket.
Westhaven Goats Fetta Cheese - Hand made in a traditional
Greek style from pure goats' milk. Westhaven fetta can be described as
having a firm consistency, slightly crumbly with a somewhat salty texture.
It's slightly sharp in flavour appealing to lovers of original Greek or
Turkish style fetta cheese. The fetta is cured and stored in brine giving
it a shelf life of up to 6 months.
Westhaven Marinated Goats' Fetta - Hand made to an authentic
style recipe using pure goats' milk. The cheese can be described as slightly
sharp and firm. It's marinated in cholesterol free canola oil, sun-dried
tomatoes and Italian herbs.
Westhaven Goats' Milk Yoghurt - From the clean green
environment of Northern Tasmania, we produce our goats' milk yoghurt.
This can be described as smooth and creamy with a delightful fruity flavour.
