Westhaven Marinated Yoghurt Cheese (Lebna)

Lorraine Mance has blended the traditions of a Middle Eastern style cheese with exciting new ingredients for the latest product in the Westhaven Dairy range. This yoghurt based cheese is hand rolled and then marinated in either an Italian herb recipe mix or in Westhaven's own specialty tandoori and garlic mix with sun dried tomatoes. This exciting new product will also be available for Christmas.
