Westhaven Goats Fetta Cheese

Hand made in a traditional Greek style from pure goats' milk. Westhaven fetta can be described as having a firm consistency, slightly crumbly with a somewhat salty texture.

It's slightly sharp in flavour appealing to lovers of original Greek or Turkish style fetta cheese. The fetta is cured and stored in brine giving it a shelf life of up to 6 months.
