Westhaven Fetta cut into chunks

3 large firm tomatoes cut in wedges

1 onion, thinly sliced

capsicum, thinly sliced

your favourite mix of lettuce leaves

calamata olives
-
olive oil and fresh oregano

salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Place
lettuce, tomato, cucumber, capsicum and onion in a bowl.
- Add
Fetta and olives.
- Season
with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix
well before serving.
