Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • Westhaven Fetta cut into chunks
  • 3 large firm tomatoes cut in wedges
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ capsicum, thinly sliced
  • your favourite mix of lettuce leaves
  • calamata olives
  • olive oil and fresh oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste



Method

  • Place lettuce, tomato, cucumber, capsicum and onion in a bowl.
  • Add Fetta and olives.
  • Season with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well before serving.
