Grilled Goats' Chevre Cheese

Ingredients

  • Westhaven 150g natural chevre
  • 3 thin slices of sourdough bread
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil flavoured with your favourite fresh herbs.

Method

  • Place about 50g of chevre cheese on each slice of bread and dribble one tablespoon of olive oil with fresh herbs over the chevre cheese.
  • Place under a hot grill for a minute or two and serve on a bed of salad leaves.
