Ingredients

150g natural chevre
- 3 thin
slices of sourdough bread
- 3 tablespoon
of olive oil flavoured with your favourite fresh herbs.

Method
- Place
about 50g of chevre cheese on each slice of bread and dribble one tablespoon
of olive oil with fresh herbs over the chevre cheese.
- Place
under a hot grill for a minute or two and serve on a bed of salad leaves.
